How can I exclude specific contacts from my campaigns while scheduling?

When executing a campaign, you can exclude specific contact lists or segments from an email campaign using the list exclude feature. To enable this feature, raise a request to email.support@vfirst.com along with your username.

You can use this feature by following these simple steps:

Log in to your Octane account.

Click on the client listed on the left side.

On the Dashboard menu, click on 'Create send'.

Click on ‘Create New Campaign’ or ‘Edit and Resend Campaign (choose your campaign that you wish to edit)’.

Click on ‘Define Recipients Now’.

Once you select the recipients click on next, you will see options such as 'Exclude list' and 'Include list'. Simply click on 'Exclude list' and that particular contact list will be excluded from the campaign.
