How do I edit the segment?

Segments can help you send targeted content to your users. Editing a Segment gives you the opportunity to describe and add criteria that fits your needs.

Log in to your Octane account.

Click on the client's name on the left-hand side.

On your Dashboard, go to the manage subscribers and click manage your segments.

Search the desired segment and click on edit under options.

Select the criteria and after making the desired changes, click on save. The new changes will reflect in that segment.

The segment will not update unless your click Save and Refresh Count.  Depending on your new criteria, the number should be higher or lower. If your number becomes zero, there may potentially be something wrong.
