What are the accepted list formats?

When uploading or sending your email list to Octane, make sure your list is saved in any of the following formats: CSV file/Text file/RAR or Zipped CSV file
Please note:
It is recommended that the first line of your CSV file contains headings of columns.
The maximum allowed file size is 15-20 MB.
The list name cannot contain characters other than letters, numbers, spaces, underscores, and hyphens.
