What is Session messaging?
Session messaging is used to reply to customer queries or messages. If a customer sends a message to the registered WhatsApp number, it is called an incoming session message. WhatsApp allows such a business to reply to this user within 24 hours of the user's last message (active users) through the same WhatsApp number and that is also called an outgoing session message. Session messages can be free text as well as media messages and need not have a defined template to be followed by the business.
